The Journey of Epic Home Improvements
Jeff Green discovered his passion for construction at just 17 years old. In 2003, he took a leap of faith and launched Epic Home Improvements, determined to bring homeowners' visions to life with expert craftsmanship and dedication. Over the years, he worked closely with clients, realtors, and local non-profits, refining his expertise and building lasting relationships in the community.
In 2010, Jeff was selected as one of a handful of contractors in Colorado to participate in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. As the business continued to grow, his wife, Michele Green, left her career as an Operations Manager at a construction company to join him full time. Together, they formed a dynamic husband and wife team—Jeff managing the fieldwork and ensuring all projects meet code and regulations, while Michele guides clients through material selection and design choices.

Jeff and Michele were both raised in Colorado’s Aurora area and continue to cherish their roots. As a Christian family, we operate with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to serving our clients with respect and fairness. Beyond our passion for home improvement, we love golfing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with our family and friends. During the summer, you’ll often find us at Lake McConaughy boating, jet skiing, fishing, and playing cornhole.

With decades of direct experience in construction and remodeling, Jeff brings steady expertise and genuine commitment to every project. His background comes from real, hands-on building—understanding structures, solving challenges, and completing detailed renovations the right way. Jeff’s leadership still shapes the company today, offering clients a trusted, owner-driven process.

Michele began working alongside Jeff in 2010, bringing with her a strong background in operations management. Her experience allows her to bridge the gap between the jobsite and the overall project process.
Michele is hands-on in the field while also overseeing scheduling, coordination, and Epic Home Improvements customer support. She plays a key role in keeping projects organized, timelines clear, and communication consistent. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure clients feel supported throughout the entire remodel—from planning through completion.
Together, Michele and Jeff provide a balanced, owner-led experience that combines craftsmanship, organization, and exceptional client care.
